I believe the security tab problem is a FAT32 limitation, rather than a TC limitation. When the hidden volume is formatted as NTFS, I have all the usual tabs and don't have this problem. At first I formatted it as FAT (maybe not even FAT32?) and it missed stuff.
Any administrator usually has access to everything, which is really how things are supposed to work in most enviroments. TC isn't intended to have advanced features for use in a work enviroment (like access limitations).
Any system dealing with an advanced permission structure is outside the scope of TC and its forks, and should be made as a separate program. Compatability with said programs is a different thing though.
I have no idea if there exists any such program or if everyone is editing the windows permissions, but anyone aware of those/working with them could request compatability with their system and say what's not working for them. And help implementing them by testing hopefully.
